1. Services

Double J Defense, LLC provides firearms safety education, concealed carry instruction, firearms training, and related educational services. Course offerings, pricing, schedules, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Completion of a course does not guarantee the issuance of any permit, license, or certification by any governmental authority.

2. Eligibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements to attend a course or possess a firearm.

Certain classes may require:

• Government-issued photo identification
• Legal eligibility to possess or handle firearms
• Compliance with all applicable Wisconsin and federal laws

Double J Defense, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or deny participation where permitted by law.

3. Registration

By registering for any class, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are legally eligible to participate.
• You will follow all classroom and range safety rules.
• You understand that firearms training involves inherent risks.

4. Payment

Payment may be required before attendance is confirmed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund.

Students who cancel within 48 hours may reschedule for a future class, subject to availability.

Double J Defense, LLC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any class due to instructor availability, weather, range conditions, insufficient enrollment, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a class is canceled by Double J Defense, LLC, students may choose either:

• A full refund; or
• Transfer to another available class.

6. Safety Requirements

Safety is our highest priority.

All students must:

• Follow instructor directions at all times.
• Comply with all range safety rules.
• Handle firearms responsibly.
• Maintain appropriate conduct.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions.

Failure to comply with safety rules may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk

Firearms training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, death, emotional distress, and property damage.

By voluntarily participating in any course or activity provided by Double J Defense, LLC, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation to the fullest extent permitted under Wisconsin law.

Participants remain solely responsible for the safe handling, transportation, storage, and lawful use of their firearms before, during, and after training.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Double J Defense, LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• Participation in training;
• Use of our website;
• Course materials;
• Communications;
• Equipment;
• Delays or interruptions in service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the applicable course.

Nothing contained herein shall limit liability where prohibited by applicable law.

• Images

are the exclusive property of Double J Defense, LLC unless otherwise indicated.
